We accept international orders via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Please contact us to request our IBAN and SWIFT/BIC information for bank payments. All customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders received before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. While most deliveries within the UK arrive within 1–3 working days, please allow up to 28 days before making a lost parcel claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
