1. UK Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Saturdays will also be dispatched the same day. Please note we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
Orders are shipped via reliable courier services such as Parcelforce, UPS, or Evri. Most UK orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
2. International Shipping
We deliver to many international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and are dependent on local postal and customs procedures. Most international orders require a signature upon delivery.
Tracked shipping is available to most European countries. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. For bulk orders or custom quotes, please contact us.
3. Damage in Transit
All orders should be inspected upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We may require photographs of both the item and the packaging for verification.
If someone else signs for your parcel, it becomes your responsibility to demonstrate that the damage occurred in transit. Please keep the original packaging as it may be required for a return or insurance claim. Refunds for return postage are issued only if our instructions are followed and the product is confirmed damaged.
4. Return Shipping – Important Notice
When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are securely packaged and protected in transit. The risk remains with you until the item is received by us. For valuable goods (over £50), we recommend obtaining insurance.
We do not accept returns of items that were damaged in return transit unless the damage was previously reported and documented. Please follow our return instructions carefully to ensure eligibility for a replacement or refund.
5. Return Eligibility
You can return most unused and resellable items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to obtain return authorization. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a condition fit for resale.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Goods that have been used, printed, or modified
- Custom or personalised items
- Items not in their original condition

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item reported in accordance with our policy.
