1. Overview
At Coralgraph Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items sold are covered by a warranty unless otherwise stated. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Defective Goods / DOA
If your item is defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact our Customer Service team immediately via our Contact Us page. We may request information or photos to help diagnose the issue.
If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions and a return address. Items must be returned in accordance with our guidelines.
3. Warranty Coverage
Warranties apply to manufacturing defects and exclude the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumables or used/opened items
- Defects caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised repairs
- Altered or customised items
Each product’s warranty terms are outlined on its product page or included in the packaging. Using non-approved accessories or parts may void your warranty.
4. Warranty Period & Process
Warranty durations vary by product. If a product becomes faulty during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
In some cases, we may offer on-site repair or ask you to return the item to us or a local agent. Return instructions must be followed, and the item must be safely packaged.
5. Special Warranty – Mugs
Printed mugs are subject to a limited 3-month warranty from the date of print. Repeated dishwasher or commercial use may degrade the print and is not covered.
Manufacturing blemishes in the glaze or finish are common and not considered defects. These do not qualify for returns.
6. Important Return Requirements
Returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us. Please package them securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using insured shipping for high-value returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions or have been used, modified, or returned without prior authorisation.
7. Repairs & Out-of-Warranty Support
If your item is not eligible for warranty coverage, we may offer a repair service where practical. A repair estimate will be provided, and you can choose whether to proceed. All costs for repairs and return shipping in these cases are the customer’s responsibility.
