How do I return any item?

We accept back items 30 days from date of receipt that have not been opened or used. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product minus our shipping costs and. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a return/refund.
We do not accept the return of any goods as defective or otherwise where the goods have been altered or modified in any way or have been used except and only where such use has shown up a defect in the goods and if such is the case, we will only accept the return once we have investigated the defect and are satisfied that the alleged defect is not as a result of use or misuse.

We do not accept the return of goods which have been altered in any way or by any process, such as following having being subjected to a printing or other process. If the goods are to be used for such purpose it is the Buyer’s responsibility for that process.

Mugs: We do not sell ‘seconds’. Our mugs are manufactured products and are priced as such. However, as with all manufactured glazed pottery there may be blemishes or marks upon the pottery ‘finish’ or within the ‘glaze’. These are not defects and we do not accept ‘returns’ of mugs (as defective) on the basis of such blemishes or marks.

We will only cover and refund any delivery charges if the products are faulty.
Faulty items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the item/s. 

Important return information :

The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period for a refund or credit.Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office or couriers. In the event of an item being lost or damaged on its way back to us we will not be held responsible and can not refund or credit accounts on this basis.we can provide our Freepost details in some cases ,if you use Freepost please also obtain a proof of posting from your post office
– We will not be held responsible for any return and shipping charges if a product was purchased in error. It is buyers responsibility to always check product descriptions or to call us for such information before purchasing.
