  1. Do you have to register an account with Coralgraph to place an order?

    Please register an account with us to order online.It only takes a minute and it is completely free.

  2. How do I know if my order has been received?

    When we receive your order an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated issuing an order reference number. Please memorize this number for future reference. You’ll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

  3. Can I add to an existing order?

    You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the Order is confirmed you can’t add items to the same order. If you’d like to order additional items please place a new order.

  4. Can I place an order from other countries than United Kingdom?

    Yes of course. Customers from Europe can register and place an order with us. Customers from US, South America, Africa, Australia and Asia please contact us prior purchasing and ask for a shipping quote

  5. How can I pay for my purchases?

    You can pay for your purchases online by PayPal or using most major Credit or Debit Cards through the PayPal including * Visa / Delta / Electron/MasterCard / Eurocard/PayPal Top Up Card/Maestro/Solo/American Express
    If you wish to use your Credit or Debit Card please use one of the following two options

    1. Register on our website with your delivery address and details and go to the checkout page and choose the “Credit Card” option on the “Payment Information” page and enter your Card details then click on the “Continue Checkout” on the bottom of the page.

    Or

    Choose Paypal Express Checkout by Clicking on the small PaypPal icon and it will take you to the PayPal login page . Next step instead of login to PayPal please choose the left side column the small “Continue” link ,this link for people without PayPal account and you can use your Credit or Debit Card here without the need of registering with PayPal.

    2.Your Credit Card details will be encrypted with to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security Coralgraph will never ask for your full username or password or Credit Card details via emails or messages.

    3.We also accept Personal Cheques, Money Orders, Bank Transfers, Cashiers Cheques, Postal Orders, Cash Payment on Collection ( Orders over £300 Please arrange a collection time and date prior purchase).

  6. Are my details secure?

    Shopping on Coralgraph.com is as secure as shopping in any store. Your User Name / Password will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security Coralgraph will never ask for your full username or password or Credit Card details via email for any purpose other than registering or placing an order with us.

  7. What should I do if my Credit/Debit Card was refused while placing an order?

    If your Credit or Debit Card was refused while placing an order on Coralgraph.com please re-submit your order using a different Card. For details on why your Credit Card was not accepted please contact your Credit Card issuer.

  8. Where do you deliver for Free?

    We currently deliver to mainland UK for Free of charge for orders over £40 (The Free delivery option is limited to the mainland UK purchases only). Please see delivery information for more details.

    For delivery charges to other countries please check the delivery price on the checkout page.

  9. When will my order be delivered?

    Heavy and valuable items (orders over £50) are sent by 24 hours courier. These consignments are delivered within 2 business days within the UK and within one week to other destinations. Orders below £25 are sent by Royal Mail first Class delivery times are 2-4 business days and 5-10 business days to other destinations.
    If you require any information regarding your parcel please contact us by email with the order number and date or your name.

  10. Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

    Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery and your order qualified you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for the courier drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place.

  11. Can I return a product exchange it or get a refund?

    We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Coralgraph. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us with your order details and date your order has been made.

  12. Are receipts sent with deliveries?

    We send you a VAT receipt with all of product(s) you have purchased. Please check the consignment ,sometimes receipt are behind a Delivery /Barcode labels in the “Documents Enclosed” envelope.

  13. Can I collect the goods I ordered?

    We are Internet trading company without a retail outlet however if your product order over £300 value you are welcome to collect the goods directly from our warehouse. We also offer help and advice if you visit us.

    Please check your email has not been added to your junk/spam inbox. If this isn’t the case please double check your email addresses and re-try requesting a password reminder.
